This course covers an overview of our Sausage Making course and builds on this knowledge to make you competent in smoking and dry curing. The flavour is enhanced using traditional methods. Bring your apron, a notebook and pen. Morning tea and lunch are provided.

About the event
This is the opportunity to learn how to create sausages cure and smoke meat, from the start using traditional methods, including the processes' health and philosophy reasons, is on offer to anyone.

Please note spaces are limited to six at each course – this is so you can be “hands on” and learn all you need easily and to enjoy the experience!
