This 3 hour course covers safety, hygiene, history and the art of making a tasty sausage! Bring your apron and a container to take home some product. Course notes and morning tea are provided.

About the event
This is the opportunity to learn how to create sausages from the start using traditional methods, including the processes' health and philosophy reasons, is on offer to anyone.

Please note – all attendees must be over 16.
Please note spaces are limited to six at each course – this is so you can be “hands on” and learn all you need easily and to enjoy the experience!
